Laurence is a Registered Physiotherapist and has always been in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
Laurence completed her Master's degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa in 2016, and then completed post-graduate training in pediatrics and pelvic health for women, men, and children.
Helping families in the Valley access closer services was a priority for Laurence, and this is why she decided to open her own private practice in 2020, in Arnprior.
Through her experience working as a Pediatric Physiotherapist for CHEO, Laurence developed a play-based therapy approach to treat children with motor development delays and other movement disorders. She can also help assess mobility and unique equipment needs, and guide families through the application process for funding programs when eligible.
Laurence has her clients' wellness and health at heart. She believes in treating every client in a unique and personalized way. Patient education is an important part of her treatment, as she firmly believes in giving her clients the best tools to understand and manage their health condition(s).
Laurence also completed several post-graduate certifications and training such as: Craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, ROST therapy for pelvic girdle pain, visceral mobilizations, the female athlete, osteoarthritis rehabilitation, K-taping, and more.

She graduated with Honours from the University of Ottawa in 2016. Since graduating, Carmelle has taken several post-graduate courses, including: Concussion rehabilitation & management, Manual Therapy, dynamic core for kids, Cupping, RAPID Neurofascial Reset (level 3- specialist), TMJ Management, Kinetic Link Training, multiple courses on treating the vestibular system, and more...!
Carmelle brings a whole new skillset to our clinic, including vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, and TMJ (jaw) dysfunctions therapy. She also offers regular (orthopaedics) and pediatric (kids/babies) physio!
Carmelle has previously worked in multi-disciplinary private practice clinics and has developed a passion for working with pediatric clients. She is continuously expanding her knowledge, using an evidence-based approach to treat all her clients.

Rayane is a Registered Physiotherapist, with a focus on pelvic health and has always been in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2009 from the Sao Paulo State University (Brazil). During her years in school, she had the opportunity to learn and work in collaboration with obstetrics and gynecology departments, as well as pelvic health rehabilitation programs. She was very fortunate to be able to complete practical placements in these fields, and to work directly with patients, assessing and treating women with various conditions such as urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, pre and post-operative care, pre and post-natal care, etc.
Rayane has completed various post-graduation courses related to pre/postnatal care (diastasis rectus, c-section births rehabilitation, pelvic girdle pain, ...), as well as oncology care for the pelvic floor, persistent low back pain and the link with the pelvic floor, acupuncture/dry needling, and many more.
As a trained clinical pilates instructor, Rayane loves to incorporate pilates principles in her treatment plans. She uses movement therapy to help her patients achieve their best results.
Rayane is a knowledgeable physiotherapist and makes all our patients feel at ease quickly. She approaches her clients with trauma-informed lenses, and always ensures patient safety. Her calm and friendly demeanor is well appreciated amongst our clients.

Tessa has a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. During her studies she had experiences working with the Varsity Women’s Volleyball team, providing injury bracing services at an orthopedic store and an internship at a pediatric physiotherapy clinic.
She then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Queen’s University in 2024. Through her multiple clinical placements she had exposure to treating individuals of all ages and stages from infants to older adults.
Some highlights include a placement in a chronic pain clinic, a Children’s Treatment Centre in Northern Ontario and a sports injury clinic.
During school, Tessa volunteered in various ways including as a mentor for 1st year students, as a research assistant investigating motor learning concepts in physiotherapy and on committees such as the Pediatric Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Her personal experience of being both a competitive dancer and a track athlete growing up meant that she was no stranger to injuries.
In her clinical practice, Tessa embodies a client lead approach where she believes in collaboration to determine goals of care. She uses an active approach incuding education and exercise to help people get back to doing the things they love.
Tessa uses an evidence based approach and is always seeking out new information to inform her practice.

Hannah graduated from Queen’s University with her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2024, after completing her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa.
Hannah was born and raised in Arnprior, and is excited to be able to give back to her community, offering personalized, evidence-based treatment to individuals of all ages and activity levels. She believes in treating each patient with empathy and respect, while using education, exercise, and hands on techniques to improve well-being.
Having worked in a variety of settings: hospital based physiotherapy, geriatric outpatient rehabilitation, and various multidisciplinary private physiotherapy clinics, Hannah brings a multifaceted perspective to her assessments and treatments.
Fun fact: she has even worked with our furry friends in animal rehabilitation. Hannah is eager to expand her knowledge and plans to pursue further education related to pelvic health, among other post-graduate courses.

Amy is a graduate of Queen’s University where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2003. Amy is licensed and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
Amy has a passion for working with children of all ages and abilities, and has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of pediatric settings. She has worked in the community, school settings, a Children’s Treatment Centre and within a clinic setting.
Amy has experience working with children with physical and developmental delays as well as children on the Autism spectrum.
Amy has attended many continuing education courses throughout her career with a focus on neurodevelopmental techniques, fine motor skills, vision and vestibular integration, printing, feeding, and sensory processing & regulation.
Amy has training in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), Therapeutic Listening, Learning Without Tears, Safe & Sound, Astronaut Training and Rhythmic Movement Therapy (Levels 1 and 2).
Amy believes in the importance of a client-centered approach to her treatment and that each client is unique with their own specific needs. She feels that it is very important to work together with families and other professionals to help children and their families strive for and achieve individual goals.
Amy's caseload is currently full for clients requiring regular follow-ups, but still accepts initial assessment to assist with reports and plans for schools.
Melissa became a Certified Athletic Therapist in 2013 after graduating from the Exercise Science and Athletic Therapy program at Concordia University. She also completed a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from McMaster University in 2018.
With extensive knowledge in movement and exercise, Melissa is able to create individualized rehabilitation programs based on the needs of each client to help them reach their goals.
Melissa uses exercise to not only treat current injuries, but to prevent future injuries from happening. She can assist our pelvic health and orthopaedic clients achieve their treatment goals faster between physiotherapy sessions!
She also has completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training and often uses yoga in combination with manual therapy techniques in order to help clients bring more awareness to their breath, mind and body.

Melissa has a passion for sports and has worked with high school, college and university athletics. Melissa takes an active approach to rehabilitation to get you back to your desired activities, whether that be a specific sport, gardening or just walking around the block. She also helps many women regain strength and mobility postpartum. Melissa is skilled in evaluating and treating diastasis recti abdominis, and can help in the rehabilitation of the deep core function.
Courtney is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canada School of Natural Nutrition, a certified Metabolic Balance coach and Yoga instructor with over 12 years of teaching experience.
Courtney holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from Brock University.
Courtney helps her clients find what works for them and their specific lifestyle. Everyone is different, there is no one way of eating that is best for everyone, but there is a way of eating that is best for you, physically, mentally, and emotionally. She believes that everyone is different, and that there is no "one size fits all" diet. Courtney is determined in finding a way of eating that is best for her clients, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
